At Nuvoro, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review the details below before placing an order.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available on orders that are $100 and up.
Eligibility (including minimum order value) is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During busy seasons (sales/holidays), processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping Origin
Our products ship from our international fulfillment partners in China.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order is processed:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada / UK / Australia: 8–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please note:
- Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.
- Some orders may show multiple tracking updates as packages transfer between carriers.
Taxes & Fees
All prices displayed include applicable taxes. You will see the final total (including any applicable taxes) at checkout before completing your purchase. We do not charge any additional hidden fees or membership charges.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s policies. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Wrong Item / Missing Item
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll review and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Shipping delays can happen and are sometimes outside of our control.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
- If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors/building office and the carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
