At Nuvoro, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unused)
  • In its original packaging (with tags if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt/photo)

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact.nuvoro96@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return
  • A photo of the item (and packaging if relevant)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at contact.nuvoro96@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of the product and/or packaging

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact.nuvoro96@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  • Return your item for a refund (after approval), then
  • Place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn/unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
